Q: Is there any kind of warranty?

A: Yes, all of our rebuilds include a 1 year warranty.

Q: What kind of cells are used in the battery rebuilds?

A: The original brand and capacity cell is used. Common brands we use are Samsung, Sony, Saft, Panasonic, Sanyo, and Tenergy. Upgraded capacity cells are also available. Most of our rebuilds include an upgraded capacity.

Q: What is the turn around time for battery rebuilds?

A: The usual turn around time is 6 to 10 business days from the day we receive your unit to the day it arrives back to you. All of our services include a tracking number for your order.
